Classes running now every Wednesday evening - All abilities and fitness levels welcome

Classes will be focusing on Filipino Boxing/Kaliradman however there will also be elements of Western Boxing, Muay Thai and Grappling.

Wednesday nights

Time: 19:30 till 21:00 - Classes may occasionally run over by 10-15 minutes

Age: Currently classes are 16+ however childrens classes are planned in the near future.

Cost: £7.50 per session or £30 a month(Start monthly payments in April and receive a free MK PMA t-shirt). First lesson free for all new starters
