Due to current work and personal commitments I have had to stop running the weekly classes in Milton Keynes, this is temporary and I hope to restart the classes in March 2012. MK Progressive Martial Arts is a martial arts school based in Milton Keynes focusing on providing a modern martial arts system that is accessible and applicable to the world we all live in. We teach the Nudda Martial Arts Cross Training system which evolves mainly from the boxing phase of the Filipino Martial Arts . It’s an explosive blend of Filipino Boxing, Muay Thai and elements of Grappling; however, it is intended to be a striking Art and therefore our prime goal is to stay standing and not be taken to the ground.

The aim is to develop an explosive and aggressive way of fighting that leaves very little room for counters and retaliation. NUDDA is specifically designed for our urban orientated situation.

This is a modern combat system that finds its roots in the training methods and attribute based approach of the ancient Filipino and Thai Martial arts but with a cutting edge approach towards the reality of our times.
